-

sitting services, we offer general home care and management. No need to

services.
Is it safe to use your services?
We take the utmost care in protecting your
home, keys, pets and personal information. Your personal information will
never leave our hands and your keys will remain locked in a safe until
they are needed. When we collect your keys we will tag them with a code
that will prevent anyone other than us from knowing which house your key
belongs to.
Do you screen your employees?
You better believe we do! All of our employees
undergo a rigorous background investigation which includes a criminal
background check, credit check and drug test.
Do you administer medications to my
pets?
Yes, we are qualified to administer
medications and subcutaneous fluids.
Do you play with my pets while you're
here?
Of course! That's the best part of our job.
We'll give your pets plenty of playtime, walks, brushing, etc. In fact,
they may have more fun while you're gone then you will!
Are there any animals that you do not watch?
Not many! We even love snakes! We watch dogs,
cats, horses, goats, hamsters, rabbits, gerbils, mice, ferrets, fish,
birds, snakes, lizards and spiders. If you have other animals, just ask.
We will do our best to accommodate your requests. We do, however, reserve
the right to not care for aggressive animals or those that pose a threat
to our employees.
Is there a minimum number of visits?
Dogs require a minimum of 2 visits per day.
Cats and birds require a minimum of 1 visit per day. Please do not
ask us to "ignore the cat" while we are visiting or to provide
every-other-day service for cats. Cats need just as much love and
attention as dogs do. In addition, our liability increases if we only
visit your animals every-other-day. Our insurance policy does not allow us
to provide every-other-day cat service or once per day dog service.
Other small animals such as hamsters, snakes, etc require a minimum
every-other-day arrangement.
Do I have to own an animal to use your
services?
No! We provide services to those with no
animals. In fact, many of our clients do not own animals - they simply
want the peace of mind knowing that someone is watching their home when
they are unable to or that someone can be home when they can't.
What if I'm not going out of town and just
need some help while I'm at work?

other services which were provided. You will also receive a photo of your
home and pets once per day if you'd like.
What if there is an emergency with one of my
pets?
We will attempt to contact you via telephone
immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we will follow the instruction
you have provided us prior to your departure, which may include
administering veterinary care. All of our clients have provided us with
local emergency contact numbers that we can call if needed. In addition,
we are American Red Cross certified for pet first-aid.
