Cancellation policy: When we book your services, we reserve exclusive time for you and your pets. Our cancellation policy is as follows: More than 2 week notice: Full Refund. 7-14 days notice: 75% refund. 3-6 days notice: 50% refund. Less than 3 days notice: No refund. Reservations are made to plan our availability to clients. Therefore, clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved amount of time.
